Oh shift! Need to make a return from Lilly online? We can help!

Hi all,

Thanks for stopping by once again. Today we have a special message to all of our loyal online shoppers. Until recently, if you made a purchase through www.lillypulitzer.com that just didn't quite suit you were only able to complete the return through the online site.

Well, here's the great news! Now, all Lilly Pulitzer Signature Stores (including Pink) are able to process the online return for you - completely hassle free.

Read a little more about how it'll work:

1. First, bring your unworn, tagged garment to our location along with the forms that you received with your package to the store.
2. Inform the sales associate that you wish to make a return for an item that was purchased online. Note: we are only allowed to accept returns on items purchased from www.lillypulitzer.com. Unfortunately, this excludes purchases made at other Signature Stores, Corporate locations, or any other vendor/online retailer. 
3. If the items are being returned within 30 days from  when the order was originally placed, the return will be sent back to Lilly and then processed for credit back to the original form of payment. 
4. If the item is being returned within 90 days of shipment, the customer will receive a Lilly Pulitzer e-gift card for store credit via email. 
5. We are unable to accept returns exceeding 90 days past the shipment date.
6. Please note, it takes 24 hours for returns to be processed through this system. You will receive an email once the return is processed and please allow 1-3 business days for the credit to appear on your form of payment.

If your online purchase included a free gift, in order to receive a full refund please send the gift back along with the shipment. If an order is sent back without the included gift, you will receive your refund in the form of a store credit.
